Join our Team About this opportunity As an IN SME you will lead network operations, design reviews, dimensioning, and capacity-planning activities for Intelligent Network (IN) services. You will ensure professional delivery of IN operations and NPI services, maintain customer satisfaction, support profitability, and help identify opportunities for repeat business. You will work closely with customers, sales, technical solutions, project teams, operations, and other interface departments in a matrix organization. The role requires strong expertise in IN networks, service performance, operational governance, and customer management. What you will do • Define and issue IN dimensioning and capacity-planning guidelines in consultation with Technical Solutions. • Lead teams in delivering IN network operations, design reviews, integration, and quality-deployment activities. • Monitor network performance, KPIs, utilization, service levels, and contractual obligations. • Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project Managers, O&M teams, and customers. • Participate in customer projects and manage scope, risks, changes, dependencies, and customer expectations. • Advise the Service Delivery Manager on improving service performance and meeting contractual commitments. • Ensure SLA adherence with customers and interface departments. • Manage operational resources, costs, vendors, spares, preventive maintenance, and operational expenses. • Plan and control the integration of new nodes, including infrastructure and equipment. • Coordinate with BTSOL, ABTS, electricity boards, and other stakeholders for POI and power-connection requirements. • Monitor and sign off KPIs related to rewards and penalties. • Maintain effective technical support capability for IN operations and ensure optimum utilization of people and equipment. • Identify new business opportunities and support customer satisfaction and CSI objectives. • Adapt to new technologies and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Circle, Regional, Hub, Group, National IN and Mobility teams, Regional Managers, Central Teams, GNOC/GSDC, KAM, Project/SI/NDI, Circle D&P, and O&M teams. You will bring Telecom experience in Intelligent Networks and a successful track record in large-scale IN network operations. Experience in managerial, operational, and customer-facing responsibilities. Strong knowledge of: Network architecture Signaling protocols IN traffic dimensioning and capacity planning Network performance and service characteristics End-to-end performance audits and optimization Strong consultative, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with both line and functional responsibilities. Customer-oriented and commercially aware approach, including marketing and opportunity-identification skills. Ability to manage change, share knowledge, and work effectively across diverse teams and local cultural environments in India. Business understanding, financial awareness, and proficiency in IS/IT tools. Familiarity with Ericsson processes, products, and ways of working. Why join Ericsson?
