Service Parts Associate

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (San Leandro, CA). We offer competitive pay and benefits! Will make an impact in the following ways:

Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams with identifying and ordering the correct parts and supplies. Process parts orders, customer transactions, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. Utilize parts catalogs, systems, and technical resources to source parts efficiently and accurately. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support and identifying upsell opportunities when appropriate. Support inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and compliance with Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
