The Civil Digital Modernisation business delivers IT services to Australian Federal and State Government departments and agencies to accelerate digital modernisation and ensure secure, resilient, and adaptive environments that meet evolving regulatory, compliance, and business needs. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and evolving critical enterprise Windows infrastructure that underpins business operations and customer services. As a Senior Windows Engineer, you will work across modern on-premises and hybrid cloud environments, partnering with infrastructure, security, network, architecture, and application teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology services. Lead the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Windows Server environments, ensuring high levels of availability, performance, resilience, and operational supportability. Contribute to the delivery of infrastructure modernisation, cloud adoption, automation, and technology refresh initiatives, helping to reduce operational complexity and improve service outcomes across the organisation. Drive security and compliance outcomes through system hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, identity and access controls, and the implementation of operational best practices. Provide senior technical expertise for complex incidents, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure challenges while mentoring engineers and sharing knowledge across multidisciplinary technology teams.

You are an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and improving the reliability, security, and efficiency of enterprise platforms. You bring a collaborative approach to working with a diverse range of
