Developer, Product Development (Footwear)

Primary Purpose:   The Developer will assist on all production development assignments from early development to confirmed sample sign-off and support with execution of full range within product development work.

Assist the footwear product process and directly interact with vendors to provide an effective transition of footwear designs from proto into production.   Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the  t eam  l eader .     Review the tech pack with oversea teams and vendors .        Coordinate with R aw M aterial S ourcing , T ooling and other team s to ensure timely delivery execution as required by design.   Ensure all specs are  accurate  and on schedule to support timeline.   Support sample material transfer between vendors ; Support trims / 2 nd upper process.   Heads up long lead - time projects to S upply C hain M anagement .   Communicate all  products , shipping, tracking, between factory and overseas team.   Team up RA meeting internally and expand to SPs achieve CRFs corrections, clarification, and wear test /lab test samples during this stage.   Meet and influence product quality to meet  the highest  standard during each phase of sampling.   Knowledge & Skill Requirements:   At least  3  years working experience in  footwear  industry for Developer ; Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of product category, product materials, and product development lifecycle.   Proficient  office software (word, excel, PowerPoint ). Own organization and communication skills.   Fluent English both written and verbal .
