Docusign is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and enhance capabilities on the IAM Platform. Our team's charter is to revolutionize our current UX while keeping up with the ever-growing Docusign user base. You will work on a focused Scrum team obsessed with creating elegant, simple user interactions for complex workflows that delight our customers. This person can seamlessly integrate into agile teams and work closely with all facets of the organization (products, back-end development, QA, UX, and Design) to deliver high-quality results. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering.

Write high-quality code that is easy to maintain and test Raise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitments Research new features and technologies Fix production issues and maintain the code as needed Design and build components to enhance capabilities of New Docusign Experience Work with Product Management and other developers to understand design requirements and provide estimates for development Work closely with QA to identify test cases and devise efficient, scalable testing processes Work cooperatively with product management and design to create features that are scalable and secure Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to continuously increase the team's productivity and efficiency Stay current with the latest development best practices and share your findings with the team Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing, and release of products Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Experience in Javascript, C#, Java, C++, or other object-oriented programming language This role is not eligible for OPT or sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Knowledge and experience in large-scale, highly available (99.99+) systems A willingness to code in JavaScript and TypeScript Interested in building large-scale, highly available, fault-tolerant, reliable applications Proficiency and interest in working with algorithms, data structures, and production troubleshooting Excellent communication and collaboration skills Excellent problem-solving skills Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and tool sets Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
