Maintain organized and clearly identified stockroom locations to support efficient material retrieval and inventory control. Issue materials and components to production teams in accordance with work orders, production schedules, and material requests. Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels within the inventory management system. Support material movement between receiving, stockroom storage, and production areas to ensure materials are available when required. Maintain safe and clean stockroom conditions while following company procedures for material handling and storage.

You Must Have 2-3+ years of experience working in a stockroom, warehouse, inventory, or materials handling role. Experience receiving, storing, and issuing materials in a manufacturing or production environment. Computer skills are required, including experience entering transactions into inventory or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and maintaining inventory records. Ability to safely lift and move materials and operate material handling equipment where required. Strong organizational skills and ability to support production teams in a fast paced operational environment. Knowledge of and compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and internal EHS policies Demonstrated commitment to Raytheon ELCAN's values: respect, trust, and team collaboration Qualifications We Prefer Experience working with inventory management systems, barcoding, or material tracking tools is considered an asset.
