Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Factory Administration Manager to lead and oversee the administrative operations of our Shenzhen manufacturing site. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of site administration services, including government relations, employee services, dormitory and canteen management, vendor management, and employee engagement programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting plant operations, enhancing employee experience, and maintaining effective communication with local government authorities and external service providers. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily factory administration operations to ensure efficient support for business and plant activities. Oversee employee dormitory, canteen, and related facility management services. Coordinate and maintain relationships with local government authorities, including regulatory and labor-related departments. Support government-related applications, policies, incentives, and compliance requirements. Act as the key liaison between administration and plant operations teams. Manage outsourced service providers, including cleaning and facility service vendors, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency. Support employee relations matters and employee welfare initiatives. Support employee engagement activities, company events, and annual celebrations. Monitor workplace environment and continuously improve administrative processes and employee services. Handle urgent site administration issues and provide timely support when required.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Diploma degree or above. Minimum 8 years of administration experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in factory administration, including:
Government relations Dormitory management Canteen management Employee relations Vendor management
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong service mindset and problem-solving capabilities. What your background should look like
