 What You Will Be Doing As the Industrial Engineer - Level 2 you will be responsible for analyzing and designing sequences of operations, improving workflow efficiency, and guiding facility utilization.   Your responsibilities will include: Analyze and design operation sequences and workflow to boost plant efficiency. Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revised operating methods. Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.   Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities. Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline)  Experience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables Experience with SAP and an MES System Experience with Data Visualization tools such as tableau Desired Skills 
 Experience in analyzing cost and schedule metrics for a manufacturing company Experience developing resource capacity and manpower plans Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline Experience with learning curve application Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
