Toll Brothers , America’s leading builder of luxury homes seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for our corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity? This individual will be responsible for developing and automating reports, analyzing data, to better predict overall profitability performance. They will also be responsible for ad hoc financial analysis requested by senior leadership as well as supporting the Regional and Corporate budgeting and forecasting processes.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Ability to communicate clearly with multiple levels of leadership and help translate complex financial results with clear outcomes and calls-to-action Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports in Board EPM Analyze key company metrics of ROA, Gross Margin, SG&A, and Operating Margin Present variance analysis, forecasting, and financial insights to senior leadership Provide analytical support to the management team to improve operations and to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with multiple teams on data integration workflows between systems and reporting Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial planning applications and reporting All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel Proficient in EPM tools such as Board, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Planning o Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days vary per Division/Department.
Preferred
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar platforms. Experience in Oracle EnterpriseOne
