HR Business Partner Manager — Central Operations Executive Summary Kraft Heinz is seeking a strategic, onsite HR Business Partner to support critical Central Operations client groups , driving talent, performance, culture, and transformation initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will act as a strategic HR business partner to lead initiatives in talent development , people strategies , change management , organizational efficiency , and driving a culture of ownership within the organization. You will also lead and support People projects and initiatives across the Central Operations organization. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, identifying opportunities, closing capability gaps, and designing people solutions that drive operational excellence across plants and technical functions. Talent Strategies for Development & Growth Champion a strong talent agenda through performance and potential discussions, manager coaching, meaningful feedback, and development planning. Develop and execute talent strategies for technical talent (hiring, career development), partnering with Talent Acquisition to deliver against workforce needs. Smart Workforce Planning Assess organizational design regularly to ensure the right roles and capabilities are in place. Proactively guide talent movement, development, and succession planning to meet immediate and long-term business needs. Organizational Development & Transformation Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and transformation efforts, including continuous improvement, technology, and standardization initiatives. Evaluate structures and staffing levels, aligning talent plans to evolving operational priorities. Culture Champion Ignite Kraft Heinz culture and values across supported client groups. Lead and influence cultural accelerators such as MBOs, Continuous Improvement, and process optimization, ensuring a strong, fair, and merit-based performance environment. Budget & Organizational Effectiveness Actively manage the team budget, optimize costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while increasing value. Facilitate organization, process, and people assessments to identify gaps and drive solutions. Lead organizational redesign decisions as needed to support business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
(Required) Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting a client group (technical-focused client groups preferred) Experience partnering within a shared services HR model , collaborating with COEs across all levels in a matrixed organization Experience partnering with client groups on transformation and/or change initiatives What Will Make You Successful (Success Profile) Highly ambitious, intrinsically motivated, and always striving to be the best Core HR knowledge with the ability to collaborate across all areas within HR Understanding of and ability to advise on local employment laws and labor requirements Excellent verbal communication skills, executive presence, and ability to adapt communication style to the audience Ability to make difficult decisions, challenge leaders/managers/employees, and advocate for the right outcome Understanding of business metrics, with emphasis on financials and identifying opportunities for HR to drive impact Experience influencing and aligning strategy around
