In this position, you will be responsible for developing , maintaining , and enhancing our software applications and products that support our rapidly growing business. Product Requirements Analysis Partner with product owners, product managers, stakeholders, and end users to gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable system designs. Conduct feasibility assessments and impact analyses to evaluate potential solutions and recommendations. Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment throughout the development process. System Design and Development Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions using Quickbase, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and data models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Support continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes. Product Lifecycle Management Support products and applications throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept and implementation through ongoing enhancements and optimization. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while identifying opportunities to prevent future occurrences. Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on business needs and user feedback. Provide support and knowledge sharing to team members and end users to promote operational excellence. Testing, Quality Assurance, and User Enablement Develop and execute test plans to ensure applications meet business requirements and quality expectations.
