This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand and implement changes is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that the applications continue to support business processes effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration capabilities. - Experience with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. - Ability to utilize low-code development tools to customize and extend application functionality. - Familiarity with release management processes and version control within ServiceNow environments. - Problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve application issues efficiently.
