Manage relationships with external staffing agency partners, including tracking and processing a high volume of temp-to-hire conversions. Extend verbal offers within approved ranges; initiate background/pre-employment screening and hand off to onboarding. Meet time-to-fill, throughput, and pipeline-health targets while delivering a positive candidate experience. Partner effectively with hiring managers, site HR, and cross-functional stakeholders — building trust and driving alignment without direct authority.
