The Agentic Platform Engineer builds the shared cloud platform and engineering foundations that enable AIDA teams to deliver secure, scalable AI agents and agentic applications. This role focuses on the runtime, tooling, and guardrails that agents depend on: model access, tool and context integration, orchestration frameworks, evaluation, observability, and DevSecOps on AWS. What you'll be doing

Build and maintain shared platform services that support agent runtimes, LLM gateways, model routing, prompt/context management, and tool integration. Standardize agentic delivery patterns including tool/function calling, MCP-style tool servers, retrieval pipelines, memory and state management, and multi-agent orchestration. Implement guardrails for agent safety: input/output filtering, prompt injection defenses, human-in-the-loop approval paths, sandboxed execution, and least-privilege agent identities. Improve developer productivity through CI/CD, environment templates, agent scaffolding, SDKs, and platform automation. Build observability and evaluation for agentic systems: tracing, token and cost telemetry, latency, quality/eval harnesses, and regression testing of prompts and agent behavior. Manage cost-aware model consumption, rate limits, caching, and secure secrets/access patterns across environments. Partner with architecture, security, risk, and engineering leaders to apply AI controls, interoperability standards, and governance guardrails. Document platform standards and help delivery teams adopt agentic patterns consistently. What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, with hands-on work building or operating AI/LLM-based applications. Strong experience with AWS, including services supporting AI workloads (Bedrock, SageMaker, containers, serverless). Practical experience with agent frameworks and LLM tooling such as LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and RAG architectures. Strong coding ability in Python; Java or NodeJS is a plus. Experience enabling engineering teams through CI/CD, GitLab, observability, reusable services, and platform standards. Experience with API infrastructure, containers, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling.

Experience with agent evaluation and LLM observability tooling (LangSmith, LangFuse, Arize, or similar). Experience supporting production systems, data platforms, and AI/ML workloads. Exposure to regulated enterprise environments, identity/access controls, AI risk frameworks, and audit logging. Application Deadline
