Job Function: Quality Job Sub Function: Customer/Commercial Quality Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Fatima, Pilar, Buenos Aires, Argentina Job Description: The Project Manager for LAS Innovative Medicine Commercial Quality (CQ) is responsible for providing project management support by planning, executing, and closing current projects in CQ LAS (Latin America South - Argentina) effectively and efficiently, to ensure on time delivery, within budget, while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives with medium complexity and strategic relevance. Ensure flawless execution of the project for timing and quality of the deliverables. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and timely execution. Create and maintain detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget in collaboration with CQ LAS Leader and stakeholders. Defines project roles and responsibilities, allocate and manage resources, including team members, equipment, and budget, to achieve project goals. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project. Clearly communicate/bring up as deemed appropriate. Collaborate with Change Managers to execute the development of project communications, training materials, and deliver according to the training plan. Track project performance using critical metrics and provide regular status reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and materials preparation. Conduct project evaluations at the completion of the project to assess Conduct lessons learned/retrospectives. Assist to identify value drivers, monitor benefits realization, and effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders. Assist in the development of a diverse range of change management training and communication materials to end users and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a matrixed environment. Proven track record of managing high cost and impact projects with multiple stakeholders and business impact. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership, assertiveness, and resilience in managing complex situations. Experience with change management frameworks and tools. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent). English and Spanish advanced level is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Experience in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution. Familiarity with business analysis and strategic planning. FPX certification Required Skills:
