CCR Intake and Process Execution Team Program Analyst Role: The candidate for this role will function as a central governance and intake specialist for the Collections, Recoveries, and Credit teams. This position requires a unique blend of deep subject matter expertise, strong process management skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure projects are well-vetted, aligned with business goals, and processed to Project Owners efficiently. Core Subject Matter Expertise (Mandatory) Collections, Recoveries, and Credit (CCR): 2–3-year level understanding of CCR business operations, workflows, policies, and the overall credit lifecycle. This is a critical requirement for a candidate to be successful. Plan of Record (POR): Demonstrable ability to review, interpret, and analyze the official Plan of Record to identify high-priority initiatives and assess their impact on the CCR teams. Regulatory and Compliance: Knowledge of the regulatory landscape (e.g., ROC, Legal, Compliance) and requirements related to collections and credit operations. Process Management & Governance Intake Management: Proven experience in managing and processing a high volume of project and maintenance requests, from initial submission and vetting to tracking and closure. Change Control: Expertise in facilitating change control governance processes, identifying impacted functions, and securing necessary approvals from stakeholders like Legal, Compliance, and 2nd Line of Defense. Quality Assurance: A strong quality control mindset with experience in enforcing approval processes to prevent flawed or incomplete projects from moving forward. Procedure Management: Experience in managing the intake, prioritization, and periodic review of business procedures and desktop manuals. Technical & Systems Proficiency CCIPTRS & PTS: preferred fluency and hands-on experience with the specific intake and tracking systems mentioned: CCIPTR (Credit & Collections Intake Process & Technical Request) and PTS (Project Tracking System). CCSE Application Suite: Familiarity with the suite of Access applications used for resource requests, project tracking, and reporting. Database Review: Basic skills in reviewing and verifying database information to ensure data is up-to-date and recorded appropriately. Analytical & Financial Oversight Data Reporting: Ability to provide data reporting for various processes, including release management, production validation, month-end reporting, and project status. Budget Oversight: Experience providing oversight on project intake submissions and comparing actual technology spend against the allocated budget. Impact Assessment: Skill in accurately judging a new project's potential impact, performing sizing, and determining resource commitment. Communication & Collaboration Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including product owners, technical teams, business units (Collections, Recoveries, Credit), and senior leadership. Meeting Facilitation: Experience leading and documenting various calls, such as CCIPTR review meetings, Impact Assessment calls, and governance forums.
