Our teams design, implement, and   operate   solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.     You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.     What You Will Get To Do:     Takes a leadership role in all aspects of the design, development and implementation of data mapping and conversion   Subject matter expert on system schema, data   mapping   and financial balancing at conversion   Supports tax processing by   optimizing   data transmission between applications   Client liaison for data related issues;   identifies   and works to resolve discrepancies   Supports implementation team throughout client onboarding for any data related matters   Develops scripts and facilities to   optimize   data loading processes to ensure   timely   completion     What You Will Bring:   Bachelor's Degree   required   10+ years’ experience in data mapping and conversion   Strong preference for candidates with experience in trust accounting and knowledge of P&I accounting   Excellent presentation and communication skills   Hands on experience with Microsoft database technologies, including SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, and database architecture   Project Management skills are critical to this position, as success involves strict adherence to projected release dates   Ability to work proactively, both independently and in small groups   Strong analytical skills to   identify   system and business impacts     Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
