Internal Customer Support Specialist

Work Flexibility: Hybrid Location: 5670 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., Ste 125, Greenwood Village, CO Work Flexibility: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite per week ) Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ( flexible, with lunch at 1:30 PM ) Summary: As the Internal Customer Support Specialist, you will support Sales Representatives and internal partners by accurately processing replenishment orders, coordinating inventory movement, and resolving order, shipping, and return-related needs. You will provide responsive service, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure products are available when needed.

Enter and process Sales Representative replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency. Manage inventory transactions and product movement between sub-inventories using WMS/ERP systems. Coordinate product returns, shipments, and field transfers while maintaining accurate documentation. Monitor inventory accuracy through routine checks and cycle counts and investigate discrepancies as needed. Troubleshoot order, product, inventory, and workflow issues, escalating concerns when appropriate. Partner with Sales, Distribution, and other cross-functional teams to resolve order, shipping, and return-related needs. Provide timely, professional communication and updates to Sales Representatives and internal partners. Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
