What you will be responsible for Performing daily cash processing activities and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within required deadlines. Monitoring cash-related workflows and investigating exceptions or discrepancies in a timely manner. Supporting the resolution of cash breaks by coordinating with internal teams, counterparties, and market participants. Maintaining effective communication with colleagues, stakeholders, and management regarding operational issues and updates. Following established procedures, controls, and risk management practices to support operational excellence. Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting testing, process changes, and operational projects as required. Building knowledge of cash products, markets, and operational processes. Collaborating with team members to meet daily service-level expectations and deliver high-quality client service. Assisting with training and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Commitment to quality, control, and continuous improvement. Education & Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in financial services, operations, banking, or a related field is an asset. Knowledge of cash operations, custody, settlements, treasury, or investment servicing processes is beneficial. Professional experience from other industries will also be considered. Working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
