Job Description
Responsibilities - your mission The jobholder will be responsible for managing the BI Systems Team, which is part of Airbus GBS Tech Hub working for the Finance Transformation organization, namely. 1) Managing the support and evolution of the Integrated Finance Reporting & Planning (IFRP) Platform The IFRP Platform is a BW on Hana platform covering multiple applications. On top of this platform there are complex reporting solutions of SAP for which SAP Analytics Cloud technology will be used. This is needed for our Reporting Transformation strategy. In parallel we have set up an integrated Planning solution in IBM Planning Analytics which allows for actuals to be compared against corporate targets and forecasts. The team leader and the team will be responsible for the following: Collect requests through the ticketing system (SNOW) Understand issues, prioritize and manage the resolution accordingly Connect with Airbus experts and development teams on solutions for each case Identify interface issues between various SAP & non-SAP systems (e.g IBM Planning Analytics, Planisware, Workday etc) and resolve them with the corresponding experts Analyze, answer and prioritize the end-user issues and change requests Design solutions for the change requests Customize, test and deliver solutions Participate in integration test phases 2) Team Management Responsibilities It is also part of the mission supporting the Airbus GBS team on HR and office topics, aligned with the different Functional Managers expectations and Airbus GBS strategy. The jobholder will be required to provide guidance to the team members ensuring they have the right tools, system access, provide services with high quality, have a balanced workload and respect Airbus values. The key responsibilities are: Management different dimensions of the team (performance assessment, compensation, competencies assessment, development, training and career path design) in alignment with GBS Manager. Active contribution to the team strategy. Be able to identify, propose and implement solutions for improvement in each domain that is part of the team. Ensure strict compliance with GBS and HR policies and procedures. Support the AGBS recruitment and onboarding newcomers. Share and cascade central information to the local team. Manage and balance the team workload Update relevant operational documentation (e.g. SOPs,….) Ensure team deliverables quality Be able to identify, propose and implement solutions for improvement. Support the CoP reporting to the Functional Managers (clients) Acting as a primary Technical referee for local team and to be the focal point for the Functional Managers Requirements - our ideal candidate will have: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or in other similar areas (preferable) More than 5 years of relevant professional experience Good understanding of business processes in the Finance area (Operational Planning, Monthly Reporting, Internal Corporate Reporting) Understanding the importance of Master Data alignment, activity sequencing and process organization. Awareness and sensitivity to other cultures and ability to effectively work with colleagues in other countries and regions.
