Are you an analytical problem-solver with a passion for corporate strategy, technology markets, and executive storytelling? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Analyst, Corporate Strategy. In this role, you will support Kyndryl's Corporate Strategy team on initiatives that influence growth, investment priorities, business performance, and enterprise transformation. You will work with strategy leaders, Managing Consultants, business teams, finance partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, structure analyses, and prepare materials that support executive decision-making. As an Analyst, you will help turn complex business questions into clear, fact-based insights. You will conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, customer and industry analysis, financial analysis, and internal business performance reviews to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and implications for Kyndryl. Your work will support strategic planning, growth initiatives, business case development, investment discussions, and transformation priorities across the enterprise. A core part of your role will be developing executive and board-level narratives. You will help synthesise data, research, and stakeholder inputs into clear presentations, decision materials, briefing notes, charts, and leadership-ready recommendations. You will contribute to storylines that help senior leaders understand key issues, evaluate options, and make informed decisions. You will also support execution by tracking actions, analysing progress, preparing updates, and helping ensure teams remain aligned around priorities and outcomes. While this role does not require deep subject-matter expertise from day one, it does require curiosity, strong analytical capability, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and compelling way.
