As an intern you will support the Tools Team in the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of engineering tools used throughout the software development and verification lifecycle. Key responsibilities include assisting Software and Systems Engineering teams in diagnosing and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipelines, building processes, configuration management, and development environments. The role will also contribute to tool enhancements and automation initiatives aimed at improving reliability, efficiency, and overall workflow effectiveness across development and verification activities.

You Must Have Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session. Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship/co-op session. Experience in  C++, C, and/or Python. Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

We Prefer Embedded or real-time avionics software experience. Experience across multiple phases of the software lifecycle. Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, Jama, and SVN.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
