Manage working relationships with vendors, reporting partners, and other cross-functional teams. What we need to see: 8+ years of meaningful industry experience in program management, business operations, customer engagement operations, systems administration, analytics, or related roles. Strong understanding of reporting logic, data quality, metrics definitions, dashboard development, and operational reporting practices. Ability to evaluate AI workflow opportunities, translate business needs into clear requirements, and guide adoption with non-technical users.
