Job Title Expression of Interest – Asset Advisory & Business Development Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia is seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals to support strategic asset advisory, transaction, and business development initiatives. The role will focus on identifying and engaging prospective buyers and investors, supporting asset sale and disposal activities, and leveraging market relationships to identify broader commercial opportunities for the business.

About the Role: Support asset sale and disposal initiatives in Indonesia, including identifying and approaching prospective buyers and investors, facilitating introductions, and supporting transaction activities through to completion. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors, clients, and other relevant stakeholders, coordinating meetings, follow-up discussions, proposals, information exchange, and other transaction-related activities. Support commercial discussions and negotiations in collaboration with relevant internal teams, including transaction structuring, commercial evaluation, stakeholder coordination, and activities required to progress potential transactions. Collaborate across Cushman & Wakefield's business and service line teams to identify potential opportunities, facilitate client introductions, support relationship management, and contribute to the progression of new assignments and transactions. Provide relevant market intelligence, commercial insights, pipeline reporting, and strategic input, while proactively identifying new business opportunities aligned with Cushman & Wakefield's broader service offerings.

Significant professional experience in asset management, real estate, corporate transactions, investment, business development, industrial or commercial advisory, or other relevant senior commercial environments. Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with business owners, investors, prospective buyers, senior executives, and other key decision-makers, with a strong professional network highly advantageous. Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting asset transactions, negotiations, business development, investment activities, or complex commercial engagements. Strong understanding of the Indonesian business and investment landscape, with the ability to provide market intelligence, identify opportunities, and navigate complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
