Responsibilities
Outpatient Registered Nurse Needed (Grant-Funded) Compass Intervention Center is a 108 bed, free standing facility that treats children and teens, ages 10 to 17, struggling with a psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorder. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services to our outpatient behavioral health facility. The RN is responsible for providing a safe, patient-centered care; supporting treatment planning and coordination; monitoring patient health and response to treatment and maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. This position is funded in whole or in part through grant funding. Employment in this position is contingent upon availability and continuation of applicable grant funding, program needs, and organizational approval.
Qualifications
Requirements TN RN license or Nursing Compact state license required (or eligible to receive/renew) New Grads encouraged to apply! Excellent mentorship available!
