Your potential is our inspiration. The Specialist II, Data Governance role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data governance. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Where You’ll Make a Difference Deliver measurable business outcomes through strategic initiatives and execution. Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, and objectives. Analyze complex challenges and implement sustainable, scalable solutions. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation. Ensure adherence to technology, security, risk, and data governance. Develop, maintain, and monitor documentation, metrics, and performance reporting. Provide expertise and guidance within the assigned area of responsibility. Collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and diverse teams. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and promote innovation and best practices. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Relevant professional experience aligned with the scope and level of the role. Strong domain expertise and knowledge of enterprise systems, processes, and industry standards. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement practices. Experience using relevant technology tools and platforms to support business objectives. Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills. Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning. Preferred role-relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent credentials. How Would You Stand Out?
