Standard Job Description 
 You will be a F-22 Planning Management and Integration Project Manager - Level 3 that leads the full lifecycle of air‑vehicle modification projects from proposal and feasibility studies through design, kit production, delivery, and closeout within the MUO organization.

What You Will Be Doing

As a F-22 Planning Management and Integration Project Manager, you will ensure that maintenance, installation, and modification tasks on the F‑22 are executed on schedule, within budget, and fully aligned with the Depot Flow Plan (DFP) and customer mission needs.   Key responsibilities include responding to requests for proposals, including feasibility and performance studies, benchmarking, and capacity planning, and conducting performance to meet customer requirements. The project manager serves as the primary liaison among program leadership, supply‑chain/kit management, engineering, modification execution teams, depot facilities, finance, and the Systems Program Management/Customer, guaranteeing timely completion of all modification artifacts.   The ideal candidate should be familiar with the use of, or creation of electronic planning solutions and data visualizations into the 5th generation modification development process. This experience will enable the candidate to effectively aid the development planning solutions for the F-22 programs. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of depot‑level operations and kit management, and an active Secret clearance (Top‑Secret preferred) complete the profile. This position offers the opportunity to shape the sustainment and modernization of the F‑22 fleet while collaborating with cross‑functional engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams Basic Qualifications 
 Holds a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, OR holds an equivalent combination of education and related experience Holds at least an active Interim Secret clearance Demonstrated experience in project or program management Desired Skills 
 Familiar with program integration processes and principles Familiar with fighter aircraft organizational and depot level maintenance processes Experience with engineering drawings, material, and process specification applications. Possess strong written and oral skills in fields of: Program management Supply chain, engineering, finance, and customer teams.
