Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset;   so   our clients turn to us first when it matters most.    In this dynamic environment, we are searching for   Insurance Operations Associates   to join our team in   Athens .        Make a real impact   Perform comprehensive market research   Conduct analysis and translate data / qualitative input into relevant and meaningful client insights   Prepare   state-of-the-art   presentations and high-caliber reports   Involved in strategic PM activities    -Plan, monitor and report on project delivery, ensuring risks are managed and teams remain aligned. Opportunity to work on management consulting projects, M&As and strategic PM engagements with leading insurance clients in a dynamic and collaborative team environment   What you bring matters   Bachelor or Master   degree from a renowned university in Finance & Economics, Business Administration,   Engineering , Mathematics, Physics, Humanitarian studies   or   other   related field   MBA from a top -tier   business school   would be   preferred   Experience :   You will   benefit   from   1- 3 years of   previous   experience in   PMO   / transformation roles within   financial services , preferably insurance   or consulting firm    Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)   Proficiency   in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point , MS Project ) or similar. Knowledge of Data Analytics and Power BI will be considered an asset .     Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PM certification (preferred but not mandatory)   Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools   Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time   Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels   Commercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business   issues   Exceptional   problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with great attention to detail .     Ability to   conceptualise   ideas   while   maintain   a   strong execution   discipline   Passion to work in multidisciplinary teams and projects   Creativity, entrepreneurial   spirit   and eagerness to challenge the status quo     BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY   Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
