The Maintenance Worker will perform a variety of skilled and unskilled activities involved in the operation and maintenance of the facility's general operations. This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$24.00 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until November 6, 2026.

Maintain and make repairs to the venue as assigned. Complete work orders in a well-established preventative maintenance system for the facility and all equipment. Record and log all work performed, complete work order s , and compile all required reports in a timely and complete manner. Maintain walls (interior and exterior) of the entire complex, including all drywall repairs, sanding, and repainting. Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons , and others encountered in the course of employment. Operate company vehicles as needed to transport tools, equipment, and materials and to pick up supplies  required  for maintenance projects,  in accordance with  company driving and safety policies.  Serve as t eam representative for the Moody Center when scheduled as lead for assigned events. Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, holidays, and extended (long) workdays for an extended number of days as needed.
