Que harás This role is responsible for ensuring that all Actuals, Business Plan/LBEs budgets, Long ‑ Range Plans are developed, consolidated, and submitted with rigor aligned to Abbott’s standards. The FP&A Manager: Reporting, Consolidation & P&L Management will drive financial rigor, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support strategic initiatives to optimize growth and profitability in the Country. This role serves as the primary thought partner and right hand to the Country Finance Director. Ownership, voice, and accountability is expected. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, maturity, and the ability to translate financial complexity into clear priorities and actions. This position requires comfort with ambiguity, confidence to challenge/advise at senior levels.

Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead the quarterly financial forecasts (LBE), and long-range strategic planning (OEM) for the country. Consolidate financial submissions from channels/admin/operations, ensuring alignment with corporate timelines, standards, and reporting accuracy. Conduct scenario planning to assess risks and opportunities across the region. Management Reporting & Insights Deliver monthly actual performance packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and executive-ready commentaries. Identify drivers of revenue and margin performance (product margin & off-profile analysis), SG&A and gross to net efficiency across TAs. Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Business Partnering Across the Affiliate Partner with local Finance peers, Local Leadership, Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams. Challenges pricing initiatives, go-to-market changes, product mix shifts, and gross to net prioritization. Evaluate new business opportunities, operational efficiencies, and local investment cases. Financial Governance & Standardization Strengthen financial controls and ensure alignment with local/region/global requirements.
