About the Team The TikTok Shop US Operations team is responsible for building a high-quality and scalable fulfillment network to support the continued growth of TikTok Shop in the U.S. Our team works closely with fulfillment centers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and cross-functional partners to continuously improve operational performance, capacity, quality, cost, and customer experience.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound processes. - Track and analyze key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA performance, and cost-related metrics. - Assist with daily and weekly performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners, identifying operational risks and supporting follow-up actions. - Support capacity planning and peak-season readiness by analyzing volume forecasts, warehouse capacity, labor requirements, and operational performance. - Participate in continuous improvement projects to identify operational bottlenecks and improve warehouse productivity and process efficiency. - Assist in cross-functional projects involving Operations, 3PL partners, Product, Supply Chain, and other internal teams. - Support the development and standardization of operational SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking tools.
