Crowe is seeking an experienced and motivated GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology Consulting team. In this role, you will work with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market businesses to transform how they use technology to manage governance, risk, compliance, and related business processes. You will play an important role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workiva solutions, including GRC, financial reporting, Wdata, and Sustainability, while helping clients develop sustainable technology and risk management programs. As a member of our GRC Technology Consulting team, you will combine your understanding of business processes with hands-on Workiva platform expertise to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. You will collaborate directly with clients and Crowe team members throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support. Key responsibilities include: Serve as a Workiva platform resource and subject matter expert for client engagements. Lead and support Workiva implementations, enhancements, configurations, and related technology initiatives. Work directly with clients to identify, understand, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs. Configure, build, develop, prototype, and test technology solutions. Develop testing strategies and plans and support clients throughout user acceptance testing and other testing cycles. Develop training plans, materials, and programs and deliver training across client functions. Support pre-sales activities, including platform demonstrations, solution development, and proofs of concept.
