In this hands-on role, you'll support the development and commercialisation of new and existing products for some of Australia's most recognised food brands, applying your technical expertise in product development, ingredients and food manufacturing to bring innovative ideas from concept to launch.

About the Role   As a Product Development Technologist , you will play a key role in the development and commercialisation of new and existing products, translating project briefs into innovative and manufacturable solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll apply your knowledge of ingredients, formulations and food manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality products that meet consumer, customer and business requirements.   This is an exciting opportunity for a food industry professional who enjoys hands-on product development, problem-solving and seeing products progress from concept through to launch.   Key responsibilities include:

Developing and optimising products from concept through to commercialisation, ensuring products meet consumer, customer and manufacturing requirements. Conducting formulation work, product evaluations and factory trials to support innovation, renovation and business continuity projects. Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Commercial teams to deliver projects on time and to brief. Applying technical knowledge of ingredients, recipes and manufacturing processes to solve product and process challenges.
