About the Job

As an Engagement Strategy Supervisor, you will develop and lead engagement strategies for healthcare clients, leveraging brand insights and customer journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design workshops, develop engagement ecosystems, and create messaging strategies. By leveraging creative, innovative, and flexible thinking, you will bring the brand promise to life, showcasing how all channels and platforms work together to drive business results and growth. A Day in the Life: Oversee day-to-day activity on assigned healthcare accounts, creating project briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop engagement strategies. Develop collaborative relationships with account management, strategic planning, media, creative, and senior marketing clients to drive brand goals. Synthesize insights into actionable plans, marrying strategic and creative aptitude to create impactful engagement strategies for the health and wellness space. Provide expert insights into the value and limitations of on and offline channels, ensuring the quality of strategic and creative products. Collaborate with stakeholders across the agency, presenting ideas to clients and supporting new business pitches with senior team members. Mentor junior-level engagement strategists, providing guidance and oversight to help them develop their skills and expertise.

What you will Need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in healthcare marketing. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with brainstorming software, such as Stormz, Miro, or Mural, and experience using online collaboration platforms, such as Zoom. A collaborative working style, with strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy, to effectively mentor junior staff. A high level of accountability, integrity, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work constructively through challenges and prioritize deliverables. 

$90,000–$120,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
