Manager, SDR Operations - International

NinjaOne is looking for a Manager, SDR Operations - International to lead the operational strategy and execution supporting our Sales Development teams across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. This leader will build and continuously improve the systems, data, processes, and operations rhythms that enable SDR teams to execute efficiently and generate pipeline at scale. Reporting to Global SDR Operations, this role leads a lean, high-impact team of SDR Operations and Sales Data specialists while partnering closely with International SDR Leadership, Marketing Operations, Sales Systems, Analytics, and Data & AI. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing day-to-day operational needs, developing people, solving complex data and process problems, and identifying opportunities to transform how SDR Operations works through AI and automation. Location   - Berlin, Germany What You'll be Doing Own the SDR Operations model across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, balancing global consistency with regional needs Prioritize strategic initiatives, operational needs, and urgent requests based on business impact Act as a trusted advisor to SDR Leadership by turning data and operational insights into clear recommendations that improve execution Partner with SDR Leadership to operationalize outbound strategies, regional programs, segmentation, and account targeting Ensure SDRs have accurate, prioritized, and actionable account and contact data Identify operational gaps impacting pipeline generation and deliver scalable solutions Identify manual, repetitive, or low-value work that can be improved through automation and AI Partner with Data & AI, Sales Systems, and cross-funtional teams to build scalable capabilities for enrichment, account research, prioritization, data quality, and workflow automation Run focused pilots, measure impact, and operationalize successful solutions Oversee the operational effectiveness of the SDR technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Salesloft, LeanData, enrichment platforms, and related tools Drive data quality, governance, enrichment, deduplication, account matching, and ownership practices across international markets Ensure regional data practices align with GDPR and market-specific requirements Collaborate with Marketing Operations on SDR campaign execution Clearly communicate tradeoffs, risks, blockers, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders Other duties as needed   About You 1-3+ years of experience in SDR Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar function supporting high-growth teams Experience leading analysts, operations specialists, or data-focused team members Strong Salesforce and sales engagement platform experience (Salesloft, Outreach, or similar) Experience with lead routing, account assignment, data enrichment, data quality, segmentation, and outbound workflows Ability to turn ambiguous challenges into scalable solutions Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate recommendations using data and business context Experience managing competing priorities and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority Comfortable operating in a fast-paced global SaaS environment Strong written and verbal English communication skills Bonus: experience using AI and automation to improve revenue operations, data workflows, or seller productivity, with working knowledge of SQL, Python, Databricks, or advanced Excel Bonus: experience supporting international go-to-market teams across EMEA, APAC, and/or LATAM, and familiarity with international data compliance requirements, including GDPR About Us    NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries. ​ The NinjaOne Unified IT Operations Platform delivers endpoint management, autonomous patching, backup, and remote access in a single console to improve efficiency, increase resilience, and reduce spend.
