Senior Product Solutions Associate - Cross Border Payments

As a Senior Associate, Product Solutions Specialist at JPMorganChase within the Payments organization, you will support growth and execution of Cross Currency Solutions (Xpedite) or cross-border payments and foreign exchange solutions serving financial institution clients in South Asia (particularly, India, Bangaladesh & Sri Lanka). You will help progress client opportunities from origination through delivery by coordinating stakeholders, preparing commercial materials, and maintaining disciplined pipeline management. You will produce business analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting to inform priorities and enable effective coverage. You will conduct client, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities and strengthen client outcomes. You will support strategic initiatives and commercialization activity by coordinating plans, tracking milestones, and improving reporting processes. This role combines commercial support with strong analytical execution in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. You will collaborate closely with partners across payments sales, product teams, markets specialists, implementation teams, and regional and global stakeholders. Success requires the ability to translate client needs into clear proposals, build high-quality executive-ready materials, and maintain accurate tracking of pipeline and delivery progress. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of how the business measures performance, identifies opportunities, and delivers client solutions at scale.

Manage a portfolio of client opportunities by maintaining accurate pipeline records, next steps, and timelines from origination through execution. Prepare commercial proposals, pricing and solution summaries (as applicable), and coordinate internal approvals to support timely deal progression. Develop client presentations, pitch materials, and executive communications that clearly articulate solution value, differentiators, and implementation approach. Draft responses to client questionnaires and proposal requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment to approved product capabilities. Produce recurring business reporting, forecasts, and performance tracking to support revenue growth objectives and coverage prioritization. Conduct client, market, and competitor research to identify new opportunities and strengthen strategic positioning. Coordinate across Product, Sales, Markets, Commercialization, and Implementation teams to align solution design, execution readiness, and delivery timing. Run periodic business reviews by consolidating key metrics, pipeline insights, and actions to inform decision-making. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive enhancements through automation, data analytics, and improved reporting controls. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience supporting commercial deal execution, client opportunity management, or solutions support within financial services. Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines, maintain accurate trackers, and produce reliable business reporting and forecasts. Strong written communication skills, including creating executive-ready presentations and client-facing documentation. Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into insights (for example, trend analysis, performance dashboards, or forecasting models).
