Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Engineer - Supervision to join our organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will lead and supervise BIM operations across complex construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of modeling accuracy, coordination, and documentation. You will be responsible for managing BIM teams, implementing best practices, and driving the integration of Building Information Modeling throughout project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise combined with proven leadership capabilities and a detail-oriented approach to project delivery. Supervise and mentor BIM engineers and modeling teams, providing technical guidance and performance feedback to ensure quality deliverables Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows aligned with organizational and industry best practices Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to identify and resolve clashes Manage BIM project execution plans, including model development schedules, quality assurance procedures, and data management protocols Conduct clash detection analysis and coordinate resolution strategies with project stakeholders and design teams Prepare and review comprehensive BIM documentation, including model specifications, coordination reports, and technical deliverables Analyze project requirements and translate them into effective BIM strategies and implementation plans Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate 3D models and construction sequencing simulations Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM integration supports project objectives Monitor BIM model quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards and client requirements Lead training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team capabilities and promote BIM adoption Identify process improvements and implement solutions to optimize BIM workflows and project efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Extensive experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Strong understanding of construction processes and shop drawing requirements. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the BIM management field.
