We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Head of International Employee Relations to join our People, Engagement & Impact team. This role is located in London or Manchester In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Leads the international employee relations strategy, ensuring globally consistent and locally compliant approaches to conduct, grievance, workplace concerns, and case management. Partners with senior leaders, People, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to resolve complex employee matters and support sound, balanced business decisions. Identifies emerging ER risks and trends across markets and translates them into proactive interventions, governance insights, and leadership actions. Drives consistency, and efficiency in ER processes, investigations, and documentation standards across jurisdictions. Builds organizational capability by strengthening manager effectiveness and developing a high-performing international ER team . To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Law degree preferred Sufficient years of People experience or strategic work Strong judgment and credibility to complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee matters.
