In this role, you will lead learning and training initiatives that support operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across a regional or divisional organization. You will collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and quality stakeholders to ensure employees have the knowledge, tools, and training required to meet current and future business needs.
What You Will Do
Lead and facilitate technical training programs to ensure compliance with corporate, divisional, and local quality requirements. Partner with managers, process owners, and stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into effective learning programs and assignments. Support a portfolio of training programs at a division level. Support program governance and manage risks to ensure compliant delivery. Represent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records, evidence of qualification, and process support. Develop and maintain training content, learning materials, and process documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and business relevance. Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) data, including bulk updates, training profiles, assignments, and reporting activities. Generate, analyze , and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators ( KPIs ), communicate trends, and support leadership reviews. Lead structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Kaizen events, to improve training processes and efficiency. Manage training-related nonconformances, corrective actions, system escalations, and compliance risks to ensure audit readiness and timely resolution.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business , Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in training facilitation, learning content development, learning management system administration, or a related field. Experience managing audit documentation, training records, and change control processes within a regulated environment. Knowledge of quality system requirements and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820. Experience interacting with regulatory authorities or external auditors. Advanced proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting regional or divisional training programs within a regulated industry. Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
