" Job Description & Summary   A career within   Ceda Central   Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients   leverage   transformation to enhance their customer experiences.   *Responsibilities:     Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements, including strategy development, solution design, adoption, and change management.   Assess client AI maturity and   identify   high-impact opportunities for AI adoption aligned with business   objectives .   Develop AI transformation roadmaps incorporating data strategy, technology architecture, governance, and operationalization frameworks.   Design and oversee deployment of AI/ML models, automation, natural language processing, and advanced analytics solutions.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive delivery.   Drive best practices for responsible AI use, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and compliance with ethical standards.   Lead workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagements to communicate AI   transformation   value and progress.   Mentor and guide junior team members on AI technologies, methodologies, and delivery excellence.   Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and industry use cases to continuously enhance PwC’s AI transformation capabilities.   Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client relationship management.     Mandatory skill sets AI Transformation Specialist *Preferred skill sets     AI & Machine Learning Strategy & Implementation   Data Science & Advanced Analytics   AI Solution Architecture   Cloud AI Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)   Responsible & Ethical AI
