About Internal Audit Internal Audit at Fidelity International provides independent, objective assurance and insight to the Board and Executive Committee on the effectiveness of the firm’s governance, risk management, and control environment. The function will play a critical role in helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives safely, evaluating how well risks are managed, how controls operate in practice, and where improvements can strengthen resilience and performance.
About The Role
This role will enable the adoption of AI and automation across the Internal Audit function by configuring, deploying, and scaling low-code/no-code solutions that enhance audit efficiency, coverage, and insight generation.
Key responsibilities
Own and drive delivery of low-code AI and automation solutions across the audit lifecycle, including automated testing, workflow automation, and data-driven insights. Configure, deploy and scale AI-enabled tools (e.g., Power Platform, GenAI tooling, analytics platforms) to embed automation across the audit lifecycle. Develop reusable tools, templates and standards to support consistent and scalable use of AI and automation across audits. Translate audit requirements into practical, scalable solutions, bridging the gap between audit teams and technology capabilities. Enable continuous auditing and monitoring through dashboards, rule-based automation, and configurable analytics. Ensure responsible and controlled use of AI, aligning solutions to internal governance, risk, and control requirements. Drive adoption and behavioural change across the audit function, including training auditors, developing playbooks, and embedding AI into audit methodology and day-to-day practices. Collaborate and partner with Technology, Data and Risk teams to leverage existing platforms and integrate solutions into the enterprise ecosystem. Experience and Qualifications Required Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku or similar) Strong data handling and analysis capability (Excel, SQL, data manipulation and visualisation tools). Proven ability to configure and deploy solutions without full-scale software development. Experience delivering automation or analytics solutions in a business environment. Proven ability to translate business problems into practical, technology-enabled solutions. Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
