JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst – GTO CoE provides the analytical, documentation, and reporting support that allows the GTO Center of Excellence to operate at scale across the portfolio. The role produces and maintains the artifacts the CoE depends on, including process documentation, governance templates, intake forms, lifecycle standards, and portfolio reporting, and performs the quality checks and data cleanup that keep portfolio information accurate and decision-ready.     Reporting to the Director Governance & Operating Model, this position partners with CoE role owners, portfolio and PMO delivery teams, reporting and tooling partners. The Business Analyst supports recurring governance and reporting cycles, and works within the established initiative lifecycle to confirm that required artifacts and data are complete at each stage. Assignments span multiple CoE domains, so the role requires comfort moving between process, framework, reporting, and tooling topics within the same week.
