Summary of Responsibility Provide electrical, instrumentation, and automation support for PVB production lines and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot production-line issues and ensure safe, reliable, and stable plant operation. The production lines include multi-roll systems, tension control, pressure control, temperature control, and speed synchronization. 负责 PVB 生产线及辅助设备的电气、仪表和自动化维护，及时处理产线故障，确保设备安全、稳定运行。生产线涉及多辊系统、张力控制、压力控制、温度控制及速度同步等。   Key Accountabilities

Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems for production and auxiliary equipment.

Maintain and optimize Siemens PLCs, variable-frequency drives, servo systems, encoders, sensors, and related control systems.

Support the commissioning and improvement of tension, pressure, temperature, speed, and position control systems.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance and inspection plans to reduce unplanned downtime.

Perform root-cause analysis and continuously improve equipment reliability and maintainability.

Participate in equipment installation, modification, commissioning, TPM, and continuous-improvement projects.

Comply with Eastman Environmental, Safety, and Health requirements and maintain safety and environmental equipment in good condition.

Work with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Engineering, and external suppliers to resolve equipment and production issues.

Support spare-parts selection, inventory management, energy-saving initiatives, and maintenance-cost optimization.

Provide technical guidance to electrical, instrumentation, and utility technicians.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.

Five to ten years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, or automation maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Experience in PVB, film, plastics, chemicals, or continuous-process manufacturing is preferred.

Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting, variable-frequency drives, servo systems, and motion control.
