Finance AI & Automation Manager

Leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Databricks and Power Platform, we aim to boost productivity, enhance decision-making, and unlock smarter collaboration across Finance teams. To support this ambition, we are looking for a Finance AI & Automation Manager. In this role, you will identify, develop and scale AI and automation use cases across Finance, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and our global Finance AI Champions community. You will play a key role in ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable business value while driving adoption across the organization. Mission: As part of the Finance Digital & AI Acceleration team, your main responsibilities will include: Partnering with Finance teams and the Finance AI Champions community to assess, structure and mature AI and automation opportunities, supporting the prioritization of initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility and scalability. Contributing to the design, testing and validation of AI-powered solutions including copilots, AI agents, automation workflows and advanced analytics use cases. Conducting tests of AI solutions within dedicated squads and IT D&A Teams, ensuring they are practical, effective, and user centric. Developing sufficient technical expertise to challenge solution designs and actively contribute to architecture discussions. Translating Finance business needs into functional requirements, technical specifications and AI solution requirements. Collaborating with Data Scientists, IT Data & Analytics, and Microsoft teams to align technical feasibility with business expectations. Continuously exploring emerging AI technologies through hands-on experimentation, proofs of concept and pilot initiatives, identifying opportunities to create value for Finance. Supporting the continuous improvement of AI solutions by bringing Finance expertise, user feedback and business context throughout the solution lifecycle. Leading and supporting adoption initiatives (AI Day, Hackathon etc.) Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI adoption on Finance productivity and decision-making. Monitoring advancements in AI and automation, including Microsoft Copilot releases, to identify new opportunities and ensure awareness across Finance teams. You will report to Finance Director, Digital & AI Acceleration and collaborate with: Finance Transformation team; Finance AI champion community; IT D&A AI Team; Data Scientists; Microsoft; CFO Office. A PROPOS DE VOUS We are not looking for a traditional project manager. We are looking for a technology-curious innovator who enjoys experimenting, learning independently, building prototypes and bringing emerging AI capabilities into Finance. 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation Projects. Experience working with AI or analytics solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Agents, Power Platform, Databricks, etc. SQL or Python is a plus. The ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Strong AI curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with the ability to explore new tools, test emerging capabilities and proactively identify how they can create value for Finance. An understanding of Finance processes (e.g., FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Reporting) and how AI can enhance them is a plus.
