What this job involves: Responsible for driving new business growth of workplace management through prospecting, solution development, RFP proposal submission, and client presentations. We seek a senior leader to drive revenue growth, identify market opportunities, and lead business development initiatives across commercial, public institutions, education, and corporate sectors. This role entails designing strategic sales plans, leading a team of Solution Development professionals, overseeing high-value contract negotiations, and building trusted relationships to position JLL as a premier facilities services provider. What your day-to-day will look like: Business Development Strategically identify and prioritise target clients using stakeholder mapping and pursuit planning. Deliver monthly management updates on bid activity—including new business metrics, APAC pipeline, quarterly forecasts, target vs. actual performance, and pipeline tracking.

Leadership Assemble and lead cross-functional bid teams comprising internal subject matter experts. Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to align on upcoming opportunities. Coordinate end-to-end presentation preparation, including internal dry runs for client workshops and discussions. Bid Process Management Own end-to-end bid execution: proposal development, clarifications, and client presentations. Proposal Development Develop compelling, tailored value propositions and strategic solutions. Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs to ensure accuracy in content, pricing, and positioning. Leverage strong proposal writing and presentation skills to deliver innovative, client-centric proposals. Required Skills and Experience: Sales & Business Development Expert: Proven experience in Corporate Real Estate—ideally within facilities, projects, or transaction services—with a track record of engaging and influencing senior corporate decision-makers on property portfolio strategy. Key Influencer & Collaborator : Adept at navigating matrix organizations; skilled at uniting diverse teams to co-create custom solutions. Great Communicator : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.
