AI‑Enabled Roadmap & Portfolio Orchestration Direct AI agents to gather, normalize, and synthesize product roadmaps across Wealth Translate roadmap outputs into decision‑ready, leadership‑ and client‑appropriate views Identify strategic overlaps, dependencies, risks, and gaps across portfolios Governance Enablement & Decision Readiness Orchestrate AI‑supported preparation for the Wealth Investment Governance Board Ensure consistent standards for agendas, materials, cadence, and follow‑ups Track decisions and actions, escalating risks and dependencies as needed Strategic Initiatives & Leadership Support Leverage AI agents to research, analyze, and support ad hoc strategic initiatives such as Strat Plan, Growth Day, Client and Internal opportunities and Fiscal Year Planning. Prepare executive‑ready narratives, analyses, and materials Process Excellence & AI‑Driven Best Practices Document and optimize Wealth product management processes using AI tools Identify opportunities for standardization (e.g., roadmaps, service descriptions) Partner with teams to drive adoption of best practices and improved workflows AI Enablement & Innovation Support Function as a champion for responsible and effective use of Broadridge AI tools Assist teams in capturing product and client insights using AI Support the Wealth AI Task Force and Center of Excellence Contribute ideas for new AI‑enabled capabilities and workflows What Success Looks Like Leadership receives clear, timely, and decision‑ready insights Reduced turnaround of Product Collateral (Roadmaps, Service Descriptions) via established workflows Governance forums are high‑value, well‑run, and outcome‑oriented Product teams experience less friction and more alignment AI tools are adopted, trusted, and embedded into daily process workflows The Analyst is recognized as a trusted connector and strategic partner We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
