Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.  The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with business and HR leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. The role will focus on strengthening leadership and manager capability, employee engagement, talent and succession planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce alignment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while partnering across HR and Centers of Expertise to ensure people programs and practices are effectively implemented and support both business performance and organizational health.

Drives overall implementation of plans and strategies, continually monitors effectiveness  Consults with management on a variety of HR and business related issues, both strategically and operationally  Continually assesses the effectiveness of the organization’s business model and organization dynamics and leads efforts to realign/refocus as needed  Drives organization wide talent planning initiatives (in partnership with L&D) including profiling, assessment, calibration, development planning and succession planning  Partner with the Senior Leadership team to translate and ensure alignment to the vision.  Partner with Senior Leadership team to drive effective organizational alignment and processes to enable strong partnerships with key functions.  Lead change management efforts in partnership with the Senior Leadership team Partner with the Senior Leadership team to ensure leadership and team effectiveness.  Partner with the Senior Leadership team in establishing effective operating processes (i.e. prioritization, resource allocation processes)  Provide coaching and development to senior leaders.  Drive an effective reward and recognition strategy that reinforces the culture and behaviors.  Develop and implement measurement systems to determine the impact of HR programs.  Provide coaching and consultation on ER issues.  Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles  Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)  What you'll bring: BS degree in an HR discipline or equivalent required. MBA or Master’s degree in an HR discipline preferred. Should have at least 8+ years of HR experience that includes at least 5 years of generalist experience.  Manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical, Food/Beverage or any FDA regulated industry. Strong leadership and influence skills, and the ability to drive change  Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with management team and to coach and influence decision making of senior leaders  Strong project management skills and results orientation  Good business acumen and judgment  Demonstrated ability to help define, translate and execute on an organization’s strategy  Excellent communication and listening skills  Solid knowledge of HR strategies, practices and policies  Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict  Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words and drawings.  Must have
