Our Global Payroll Operate practice focuses on helping our clients effectively manage their global payroll needs proactively and responsibly in 150+ countries. The Global Reporting, Payments and Regulatory team is dedicated to excelling in the delivery of innovative payroll reporting technology solutions (DigiPay Cloud and PCC Global Reporting) that not only meet but exceed global standards and cater to specific client requirements. We are committed to developing a standardized General Ledger (GL) solution alongside a robust, customized GL offering. The team manages payroll regulatory tasks and contributes to payment solution developments. Job purpose : The purpose of this role is to facilitate the implementation of global reporting and support ongoing General Ledger delivery activities while ensuring effective coordination among internal teams. Additionally, the position serves as a subject matter expert in payroll regulations, gathering and analyzing data to drive process improvements and enhance business development initiatives.   Your key responsibilities

Support for implementation of global reporting. Support for BAU General Ledger delivery activities.

Coordination of global reporting best practices and methodologies with internal teams (e.g., Client Operations teams regarding sales, Tech Operations teams for implementation, and Learning and Development teams for training design). Project management support and participation in business development initiatives. Change management activities related to process improvements.

Gathering payroll regulatory data from Country Payroll Processing teams, analyzing it, and ensuring regular updates. Maintaining communication with Country Payroll Processing teams. Providing data for the PKA (global payroll chatbot) and Ebury PCubed (payment solution service development)
