Quality Analysts I – Manual Testing What you will do In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of learning solutions and associated deliverables developed by the L&D Shared Services team. You will perform quality reviews, testing, and validation activities to ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards, stakeholder requirements, compliance guidelines, and business expectations. You will collaborate with Instructional Designers, Learning Technologists, Graphic Designers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to support error-free, consistent, and high-quality learning experience delivered on time. How you will do it Review and validate learning deliverables including eLearning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, job aids, assessments, LMS items, SharePoint sites, and digital learning solutions. Conduct manual testing of learning content, learning technologies, LMS functionality, SharePoint applications, and associated tools. Verify content accuracy, instructional quality, formatting consistency, branding compliance, accessibility requirements, and learner experience. Test course navigation, interactions, assessments, hyperlinks, media elements, and tracking functionality. Document, track, and report defects; work with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Analyze quality trends and defect patterns and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Execute quality reviews against project requirements, design documents, business requirements, and established standards. Follow established quality assurance processes and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of learning solutions. What we look for Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university 5-8 years of experience in QA/manual testing in the eLearning domain Specialized Skills: Knowledge of instructional design and learning development processes. Understanding of learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of software testing methodologies and manual testing practices. Experience with web-based applications, SharePoint, and digital learning platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines.
