About the Team The Supply Chain and Logistics team develops competitive logistics products and solutions that enable seller growth and improve the overall competitiveness of the UK e-commerce ecosystem. We are looking for a Seller Growth & Logistics Solutions Manager to drive logistics adoption and seller growth through industry-specific logistics solutions, competitive commercial propositions and customised seller solutions. Responsibilities
Own seller growth strategy for UK logistics, identify addressable seller segments and develop initiatives to increase logistics adoption, penetration and volume; Analyse seller performance, logistics behaviour and industry characteristics to identify key growth opportunities and barriers; Design industry-specific logistics solutions based on seller characteristics including parcel profile, AOV, delivery requirements, logistics model, cost sensitivity and customer experience expectations; Develop differentiated logistics propositions across key industries and seller segments rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all logistics solution; Design B2C and B2B logistics solutions covering different seller fulfilment models and business scenarios; Act as a key logistics solution interface for front-end industry and Account Management teams, understand business requirements and translate them into scalable or customised logistics solutions; Own logistics solution design across the seller journey, including onboarding, pickup/drop-off, delivery, returns, exception handling and seller/customer experience; Conduct customised seller rate-card and cost analysis, evaluate parcel density, volume, service requirements and carrier cost structures to design commercially viable logistics propositions; Build cost models and business cases to evaluate the economics, competitiveness and scalability of customised seller solutions; Work closely with Carrier Operations, Seller Operations, Product, Finance, Commercial and Account Management teams to launch and continuously optimise logistics solutions; Monitor seller adoption, volume growth, logistics penetration, cost and experience performance, and continuously improve solutions based on business results; Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging logistics models, pricing strategies and industry opportunities in the UK market.
